<p>We&#8217;re looking for top performers to join our elite sales and technical services team. Our goal is to double sales within 24 months. We’re looking for top individuals who have mastered the skill of breaking into new accounts and running a complex Enterprise Sales Campaign. You need to be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, great communicator and an excellent closer. CMT has a superb reputation with customer and partners from being in the industry for over 25 years and executing on a consistent basis. We need real stars to join our team and become a major contributor to our success.  At CMT, when your sales double, your income will double.   No cap on commissions or ceiling on your income earning potential.</p>
<p><em>Success Factor 1: Break into new accounts on a monthly basis</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Transition existing relationships you’ve established over the years to become CMT accounts</li>
<li>Utilize qualified leads from CMT Marketing Campaigns to close net new business within 90 days</li>
<li>Break into new accounts on your own from a cold start utilizing CMT messaging</li>
<li>Consistently demonstrate self-motivation and an effective skill at hunting</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Success Factor 2: Learn and sell the entire CMT product line and solutions offered by the Technical Services Organization</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Learn CMT messaging, sales process and obtain sales certifications within the first 30 days</li>
<li>Complete at least one technical sales certification within 90 days</li>
<li>Utilize CMT technical services to grow business and gain traction with customers</li>
<li>Sell solutions from all 5 CMT practices to customer base</li>
<li>Become certified to articulate CMT solutions to customers utilizing whiteboard presentations skills</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Success Factor 3: Build rapport and trust with CMT’s Partners</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to articulate our partner&#8217;s solutions on joint sales calls</li>
<li>Leverage customer wins to build rapport with Account Managers at key CMT Partners</li>
<li>Host regular account planning meetings and strategy sessions with key Partner Account Management Teams</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Success Factor 4: Within 12 months, exceed $3M in revenue</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Close first deal within first 60 days</li>
<li>Close $500K within first 6 months</li>
<li>Build a $2M 90-day pipeline within first 6 months</li>
<li>Close deals or projects with 20 customers within the first 12 months</li>
