We recently rolled out Unified Messaging based on technologies by Microsoft and Cisco. We now have a fully feature Cisco VOIP (Voice Over IP) telephony system integrated into our Microsoft Exchange with a new and improved VPN. This new infrastructure improves productivity, responsiveness and quality of life by enabling the CMT team to work as effectively remotely as in the office. Just in time for the spring Spare the Air days to begin!
